Engineering Leader Scaling Global SaaS Platforms and Distributed Teams
Ex-Booking.com • BBC iPlayer • Morgan Stanley • ING • Stuff

Summary

Technically grounded engineering leader with a track record of scaling SaaS platforms generating eight-figure ARR and distributed engineering organisations.

Currently leading a 50+ engineer organisation for a global loyalty SaaS platform processing hundreds of millions of real-time events for major retail and hospitality brands.

With almost a decade leading distributed teams, I build data-driven remote-first engineering cultures that sustain high delivery standards across time zones while pragmatically adopting AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.

Earlier in my career I worked hands-on building large-scale systems for organisations including BBC iPlayer, Morgan Stanley, ING and Stuff, giving me a strong technical foundation that informs my leadership approach.
